- I'm having the exact same problem using Windows 95 PPP dial-in to a Shiva
- LanRover/E and downloading things with either Internet Explorer or
- Netscape (any version).

- Mail, news, FTP works fine, both inside and through our cren proxy.

- The problem does not occur when I use Compuserve's Winsock software to
- access their PPP network.
